Location: The Oregon Cascades, near PDX, United States

Our home in the Oregon Cascades, provides us with peaceful days, and star-filled nights. We are grateful for fresh air, clean water, and enough space for our garden.

Thursday morning we left Toledo. I was still sick, but luckily Kraig was feeling well enough to drive! Since this is the second day that I did not take any photographs, I will share some from Photobucket.

Had we not been sick, we would have stopped to visit the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary and Jaguar Preserve.

Even if we HAD stopped, we would most likely not have seen any jaguars, since they are nocturnal and also very shy...but I would've loved to look for them, anyway! most of these pictures were taken at the Belize Zoo!

Cockscomb Basin is one of the adventures we have to look forward to on our next visit to Belize!
